Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and other Pharmacy Department duties in line with Company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions; coach technicians and cashiers if PTCB certified.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Build relationships with valuable customers and share service best practices.
• Enter patient and drug information, fill prescriptions, check for interactions, and support workflow.
