Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required with readiness to obtain Texas license.
• 6 months IV medication compounding experience is required.
• Texas Pharmacy Technician license and board certifications (ECPT/PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, distributes and delivers medications per policy and safety standards.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks supporting daily operations.
• Makes sure medication and supply stock levels are accurate.
• Operates automated medication delivery systems and devices.
• Participates in quality assurance programs and maintains docs.
• IV admixture preparation training and compliance, including hazardous/chemotherapy handling if applicable.
