Qualifications

• PTCB certification and state license as required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Help pharmacists prepare prescriptions by counting, pouring, labeling, and pricing.
• Ensure customers receive all prescriptions and file written forms.
• Prepare manual insurance claims and maintain organized filing.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist customers with OTC items as needed.
• Support scheduling, inventory, and adherence to safety policies.
• Observe company policies and pharmacy standards, and maintain a neat appearance.
