Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Shift schedule: 7-on-7-off, 3rd shift (Mon–Fri 8:30pm–7am).
• Proficiency with aseptic techniques and USP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assists pharmacists in preparation, compounding, labeling and dispensing of medications.
• Prepares sterile and non-sterile compounded meds using aseptic techniques.
• Maintains accurate dispensing and inventory records per regulatory standards.
• Performs regular inventory audits to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Participates in quality assurance to ensure patient safety and proper operations.
• Provides customer service to patients and staff about medications and services.
• Operates and troubleshoots pharmacy equipment and automated dispensing systems.
• Supports pharmacists in medication reviews and history reconciliation.
