The Certified Pharmacy Technician II (Medication Reconciliation) isresponsible for performing medication reconciliation at theUniversity of Toledo Medical Center, as well as tasks involving thedispensing, distribution and charging of drugs. This positionassists the pharmacist in maintaining quality pharmacy services incompliance with laws set forth by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacyto ensure in proper storage, compounding, packaging, labeling, andrecord keeping associated with drugs. The technician willcollaborate and communicate with patients, caregivers, health careprofessionals and the public.
