• Coach pharmacy technicians and cashiers if PTCB certified.

• Greet customers and offer assistance; resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate prescription entry and check for drug interactions.
• Handle cash and process sales at the register.
• Assist in inventory management and stocking.
• Adhere to Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
• Support clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers.
