You will assist with patient data entry, prescription processing, and cash register duties while delivering friendly customer service. The role emphasizes accurate medication handling, inventory support, and coordination with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prefer prior experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate dispensing.
• Prefer good computer skills and inventory knowledge.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and pharmacy duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Assist with cash handling and operating the pharmacy cash registers.
• Deliver customer service and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Support inventory management and clerical tasks within the Pharmacy Department.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and assist with clinical services as needed.
