Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Certified Personal Trainer with a strong focus on sales to join our Anytime Fitness team in Saint Augustine, FL. This role offers the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our members by helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals, while also driving personal training package sales and growing our training program. You’ll work with each potential client to understand their background, goals, and motivations. The Trainer must be passionate about helping members and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. This role requires self-motivation, leadership skills, collaboration, communication, and a positive influence on others.

Responsibilities

• Training sales: a large component involves one-on-one training, team training, and small group training; qualifying, informing, inspiring, and converting members into training clients
• Brand promotion: establishing relationships with local businesses and influencers to promote the gym through B2B marketing and supporting community engagement efforts
• Team building: inspiring team members to foster a positive, trusting environment
• Day-to-day operations: assisting with club tasks such as cleaning and other needs as they arise
• Culture creation: delivering excellent customer service and creating an environment that encourages positive experiences and word-of-mouth referrals

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA)
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
• 18 years or older
• Friendly, outgoing, and genuine
• Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)
• Technologically savvy
• Self-motivated and good at managing time and schedules
