Job summary

EōS Fitness is opening a new gym in San Tan Valley, AZ and seeks Certified Personal Trainers to design and supervise customized fitness programs. The roles are hourly with opportunities for commissions and bonuses, plus benefits such as free membership for you and a family member.

Ideal candidates will have strong people skills, a drive for success, and a commitment to helping others achieve results. In-house CPR/CPR-AED certification is provided post-hire.

Qualifications

No experience needed; in-house CPR/PT certification post hire.
Complete in-house CPR/AED, Smart Fitness Certification & onboarding within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Progressive goal setting for every client.
Building and equipment maintenance and safety.
Conduct initial fitness consultations.
Engage with members to drive new client acquisition.
Program design for individual client success.
Servicing Personal Training Sessions.
Monthly assessment of client progress and opportunities.
Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Stay updated on new fitness trends.
Maintain valid certifications throughout employment.
