ES Fitness in Las Vegas is hiring Certified Personal Trainers for a new gym opening. You will conduct fitness consultations, design personalized programs, and service training sessions to help members achieve goals. The role offers varied shifts and opportunities to grow with the franchise.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong people skills, a drive to help others, and a commitment to customer service. All levels welcome; in-house CPR/AED certification is provided post-hire.

Qualifications

• Must be CPR/AED certified or able to obtain in-house after hire.
• Experience in fitness training or related role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness consultations with clients.
• Engage with members to drive new client acquisition.
• Program design for individual client's success.
• Servicing Personal Training Sessions.
• Monthly assessment of client progress and opportunities.
