Job summary

EōS Fitness Davenport is seeking personable Personal Trainers to motivate clients and design customized fitness plans. You will support members with consultations, program design, and ongoing coaching while maintaining a welcoming studio environment.

Level-based pay ranges from $17.50/hr for entry to higher levels with more certifications; in-house CPR/CPR-AED, onboarding and ongoing training are provided. This hourly role offers benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; in-house CPR/PT onboarding after hire.
• CPR/AED certification, PT onboarding and online courses within 30 days.
• Level-based pay: Level 0PT, Level 1 PT, Level 2 PT based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness consultations
• Engage with members to drive new client acquisition
• Design personalized programs for clients
• Service Personal Training sessions
• Monthly progress assessments
