Job summary

Fitness Premier Cedar Lake is seeking a passionate Certified Personal Trainer to join our team and help members achieve their health goals in person. You will design safe, effective training plans and guide clients through workouts while promoting services and memberships.

This commission-based role rewards your ability to generate leads, close training packages, and build a personal roster. CPT certification plus CPR/AED are required; shift flexibility is a plus for day or night availability.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer Certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and guide clients safely.

Responsibilities

• Develops client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during sessions on safe use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness assessments for new members and sets goals.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative duties for each client’s plan.
• Maintains current credentials and pursues continuing education.
