Job summary

Chicago Athletic Clubs in Evanston, IL seeks passionate personal trainers to help members achieve fitness goals through personalized programs and assessments. You will motivate clients, design workouts, and support them with outstanding service and sales skills.

Requirements include current PT certification and CPR/AED; bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Compensation features a highly competitive pay structure with obtainable bonuses and full-time health insurance access.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification required.
• CPR and AED certifications required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Perform fitness assessments
• Create specialized programs based on client's needs and specific goals
• Consistent follow up with client leads
• Build client base through referrals and branding yourself
• Understand proper exercise technique, human anatomy and movement patterns
• Possess excellent customer service and sales skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, punctual and goal oriented
