Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to grow client base through proactive outreach and personalized training plans. You will manage a busy schedule, hitting monthly budget targets while delivering high-quality fitness guidance.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in exercise physiology or related field, a nationally accredited PT certification, and CPR/AED. Salary includes session-based pay with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in exercise physiology or related field.
• Nationally accredited personal training certification.
• 2+ years in a health club setting with proven sales experience.
• Master/Elite trainer preferred.
• CPR & AED certification required.

Responsabilités

• Build your client base through outreach and selling training services.
• Manage your schedule with 30+ hours/week, including at least 1 weekend shift.
• Drive results by meeting monthly budget goals.
• Enhance the environment by keeping the fitness floor safe and welcoming.
• Engage new members with personalized fitness plans.
• Assist members with expert advice and exercise support.
• Promote FFC programs by matching members' interests to offerings.
• Deliver quality training to help clients achieve their goals.
• Stay current with certifications and continuing education.
• Contribute to the community by volunteering for FFC events.
