Job summary

Anytime Fitness is seeking qualified personal trainers who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our clients. As an AF Personal Trainer, you will have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participants.

The ideal candidate has a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves by guiding incremental lifestyle changes to obtain sustainable, long-term results.

Qualifications

Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics.
Must possess a current AF fitness-approved personal training certification (ACSM/ACE/NASM/NSCA/ISSA, etc.).
Current CPR/AED certification.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 4+ members.
Program and implement individualized workouts for members.
Energize and motivate members throughout sessions.
Build attendance and retain members.
Ensure safety of participants regarding heart rate and technique.
Provide options for varying skill levels.
