Job summary

Anytime Fitness is currently seeking qualified personal trainers who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our clients. As an AF Personal Trainer, you will have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participants.

The desired candidate must have a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves by helping people make incremental lifestyle changes to obtain sustainable and long-term results.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Must obtain AF fitness-approved personal trainer certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 4+ members.
• Program and implement individualized workouts for members.
• Energize and motivate members during sessions.
• Build attendance and retain members.
• Ensure participant safety regarding heart rate and technique.
• Provide options for different skill levels.
