Job summary

MVP Sports Clubs, Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to enhance member experiences through effective onboarding, one-on-one, and group training. This role requires maintaining clean fitness areas, meeting performance targets, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, necessary certifications, and experience in group exercise instruction. A supportive environment with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, preferably in fitness or a related field.
• Accredited certification through NASM, ACE, NCFS, or similar within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of customer service-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive member experience and deliver onboarding.
• Meet revenue goals and KPIs through various training services.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of fitness equipment.
