Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking passionate in-home personal trainers to deliver customized workouts at clients' homes or preferred locations. You will create programs via the GYMGUYZ Fitness App, ensure safety, and motivate clients toward their goals.

Join a growing team with extensive training, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement. Travel to client sites and engage in regular team meetings to share best practices and celebrate client successes.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions for clients with diverse goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients on proper techniques and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Monitor progress and conduct reassessments to maximize results.
• Drive to client locations and manage scheduling in the app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
