Job summary

GYMGUYZ Central Jersey, NJ & Lower Bucks, PA is seeking passionate personal trainers to join our growing in-home training team. You will train clients in their homes or at client sites, delivering customized workouts and using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App to tailor programs to individual goals.

Provide engaging, safe sessions with ongoing motivation and guidance to help clients achieve results. We offer flexible schedules, part-time and full-time opportunities, extensive training, and strong support

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in Physical Therapy is a plus.
• Experience with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor and track client progress to ensure maximum results.
• Conduct Reassessments.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
