Job summary

YouFit Gyms is seeking a Certified YC Trainer to empower clients in Port Charlotte, FL with personalized fitness plans and engaging training sessions. This role begins part-time with potential to grow into a full-time position based on client load.

Responsibilities include conducting sessions, performing weekly fitness assessments, and maintaining strong customer service while meeting monthly session targets. CPR/AED and NCCA credentials are required, with multilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Excellent English communication; multilingual abilities favored.
• Passionate about fitness and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to multitask, self-motivated, and committed to personal development.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: help clients reach health goals with personalized programs.
• Motivation: inspire clients with goal setting and regular follow-ups.
• Training Sessions: conduct one-on-one and small group sessions.
• Fitness Assessments: perform three assessments weekly with prospective clients.
• Sales & KPIs: monitor and meet sales KPIs and session targets.
• Session Goals: aim for 80 completed sessions per month.
• Positive Environment: foster a welcoming gym atmosphere for members and guests.
• Customer Service: deliver outstanding service and resolve issues effectively.
• Issue Resolution: resolve problems promptly and professionally.
• Computer Literacy: use gym software and related tech.
• Additional Duties: perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
