Job summary

GYMGUYZ recruits certified personal trainers to deliver in-home and on-site training nationwide. Trainers design personalized programs, reassess clients, and manage schedules with our app tools. Flexible scheduling enables part- to full-time engagement and career growth.

Salary ranges reflect $32–$50 per hour with performance bonuses and advancement opportunities within a nationwide network of fitness professionals.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized certification required (NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Experience using Mindbody and Trainerize apps to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Social media savvy and able to attend company events.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and embody DRIVE values in every session.
