Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions for clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client.
• Ensure client safety and provide motivation and support.
• Educate clients on exercise techniques and healthy lifestyles.
• Monitor and track client progress for optimal results.
• Conduct Reassessments.
• Travel to and from client sessions.
• Maintain appointments in the scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
