Responsibilities

1. Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
2. Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs.
3. Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
4. Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyles.
5. Monitor and track client progress to maximize results.
6. Conduct reassessments.
7. Travel to and from client training sessions.
8. Maintain appointments in the scheduling app.
9. Attend monthly team meetings.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
2. CPR/AED certification.
3. Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
4. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
5. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
