Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1-on-1 or small-group in-home personal training sessions
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs
• Track progress and adjust programs to meet client goals
• Communicate proactively to ensure client retention and satisfaction
• Educate clients on techniques, motivation, and accountability during sessions
• Conduct regular reassessments
• Maintain accurate schedules and notes in the system
• Participate in marketing events or outreach
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a culture of feedback and growth
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM)
• CPR/AED certification
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Tech-savvy (comfortable with apps and scheduling tools)
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Open to giving and receiving feedback
• Aiming to build a full-time client load over time
