Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress regularly.

• Lead engaging and effective training sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for all members.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and best practices to provide top-notch service.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
• CPR/AED certification is preferred.
• Passion for fitness and commitment to continuous professional development.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client availability, including evenings and weekends.
