Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training to clients of various levels and goals
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App
• Ensure safety, motivate, and support clients
• Educate on proper techniques and healthy lifestyles
• Monitor progress and conduct re-assessments
• Drive to client locations and maintain scheduling
• Attend team meetings and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM)
• CPR/AED certification
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
• Willingness to travel and flexible hours
• Team player with strong communication skills
