GYMGUYZ is seeking passionate personal trainers to join our growing team. We provide in-home and on-site sessions, creating personalized programs using our Fitness App and delivering engaging coaching to clients of all levels.

Travel to clients' homes is required, with flexible schedules, extensive training, and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide network. Our team-focused culture emphasizes growth, support, and high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor and track client progress to ensure maximum results.
• Conduct reassessments.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• CPR/AED certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player or collaborative with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in Physical Therapy is a plus.
• Experience with special needs is a plus.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
