Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site personal training sessions for clients of all fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client.
• Ensure client safety, motivation, and ongoing support.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyles.
• Monitor and track progress to maximize results.
• Conduct reassessments.
• Travel to client locations for sessions.
• Maintain appointments via scheduling app.
• Participate in monthly team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
