GYMGUYZ is seeking passionate personal trainers to deliver in-home and on-site sessions across Bucks County and beyond. Train clients, tailor programs with our Fitness App, ensure safety, and drive client progress with ongoing support.

We offer flexible schedules, growth opportunities, extensive training, and a supportive team. Part-time and full-time roles are available with no pushy sales requirements.

Qualifications

• Certification as a personal trainer from a recognized program (ISSA/NASM/ACE/ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required or preferred.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of varying fitness levels.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyles.
• Monitor progress and conduct reassessments.
• Drive to client sessions and manage scheduling.

• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player or collaborative with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in Physical Therapy is a plus.
• Experience with special needs is a plus.
