Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking motivated personal trainers to deliver in-home and on-site sessions, tailoring programs with our Fitness App to individual goals.

Applicants should be certified, CPR/AED trained, and comfortable traveling to clients' homes. Training, advancement opportunities, and ongoing support are offered to help you grow in a dynamic, mobile fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in Physical Therapy or experience with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients with varying goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and healthy living.
• Monitor progress and conduct reassessments to adjust programs.
• Drive to client locations and manage scheduling with the team.

• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor and track client progress to ensure maximum results.
• Conduct Reassessments.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
