Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking highly motivated personal trainers to join our in-home training team. We offer competitive compensation, extensive development programs, and growth opportunities to help you thrive outside traditional box gyms.

As a trainer, you will deliver sessions at clients' homes or on-site, create customized plans via our app, and support clients to achieve their fitness goals with ongoing motivation and safety assurances.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (ISSA/NASM/ACE/ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor and track client progress to ensure maximum results.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
