Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking passionate personal trainers to provide in-home and on-site sessions across a mobile schedule. You will customize programs with our Fitness App, monitor progress, and motivate clients toward their fitness goals in a flexible, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (ISSA/NASM/ACE/ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients with varied fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Monitor and track client progress and conduct reassessments.
• Commute to client locations and maintain scheduling in the app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and participate in required duties.
