Job summary

GOLFTEC Moorestown is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a national network of golf professionals. You will train through GOLFTEC University and utilize cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized instruction across indoor bays and outdoor lessons.

Responsibilities include leading TECFIT fittings, short game sessions, and full-swing coaching, while maintaining a high-quality Training Center experience and participating in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a professional, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Utilize the best technology in the golf industry to help people play better golf.
• Recommend teaching content to support custom lesson plans for students of varying skill levels.
• Provide GOLFTEC services for each student, including TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor playing lessons, short game lessons, and more.
• Create a high-level experience for GOLFTEC students both inside and outside of training bays.
• Maintain the Training Center environment, equipment, and technology.
• Perform daily opening & closing functions for the Training Center.
• Participate in continuing education and distance learning.
