Job summary

PSR Associates, Inc. seeks a Certified Pega Systems Architect to support a State Agency project in a hybrid environment with 3 days onsite in Trenton, NJ. The role requires a PEGA Senior Systems Architect Certification and a strong background across OO design and data modeling.

Massive experience in PEGA administration, security, rule development, and case design is essential for success in this 12+ month engagement. US citizenship or GC preferred; W2 only; on-site three days a week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work in all phases of OO software development (design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation).
• PEGA Senior Systems Architect Certification.
• Exposure to WebSphere or WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.
• 6+ years of work as a PEGA Architect integrating with customer technology tools.
• 6+ years of PEGA Administration and Security experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing PEGA rules and procedures.
• 5+ years of Application design/Case design experience.
• 5+ years of Data Modeling experience.
• 5+ years of Automating Business Rules / Business Policies experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Support of large-scale business centric environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
