Job summary

The role focuses on one-on-one, strength-based support, crisis planning, and connecting youth to community resources, while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility for evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of one year community-based experience.
• Strong cultural competency and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Proficiency in documentation and highly organized.
