Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of one year community-based experience.
  • Strong cultural competency and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Proficiency in documentation and highly organized.

  • Complete documentation and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Participate in professional development, team meetings, and training sessions.
  • Fulfill mandated reporting responsibilities and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of one year community-based experience.
  • Strong cultural competency, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent documentation skills, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass background checks.
