Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with recovery planning and goal setting.
  • Support individuals with substance use recovery and mental health needs.
  • Connect residents to community resources, housing, and employment.
  • Model healthy coping skills and recovery strategies.

Reports To: Chief Program Officer & Lead Peer Support Supervisor
Pay: $18-$20/hour (based on experience)

Marian House is a residential recovery housing program for women and their children. We provide trauma-informed care, supportive housing, and recovery services to help women achieve stability, sobriety, and independence.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Peer Recovery Support Specialist to provide peer support services to women in recovery. This role is ideal for someone with lived experience who is passionate about supporting others through substance use recovery, mental health challenges, and reentry.

Key Responsibilities
