Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
Position Overview
The Rescue Mission of Trenton is seeking a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist for our Mobile Unit
The Certified Peer Recovery Specialist aids in the provision of engaging individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) and providing state and county resources to recovery support services through a community mobile unit initiative.

We provide a safe, clean, warm refuge for the homeless, the hungry, the transient and the addicted. Qualifications For Position
Certification: Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Certification (CPRS) Strongly Preferred or mustobtained CPRS Certification within 1 year of employment.
Skills and Abilities: Active listening, critical thinking, and persuasion
Ability to navigate computer systems
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license
Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
Pay Rate: $17:51 without Certification, plus$1.00 per hour paid out quarterly
$22.25 with Certification
Hours:Monday - Friday, 5:30am 1:30pm
