• Must be a current or former recipient of mental health and/or substance abuse services and willing to self-disclose.
• Possess a current Tennessee CPRS certification or be eligible and willing to pursue certification with company-provided training within 6 months of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Clean criminal history and Abuse Registry.
