The Certified Payroll Coordinator, officially titled Prevailing Wage Coordinator, ensures accurate and compliant certified payroll reporting across multiple projects. This role focuses on generating, reconciling, and troubleshooting payroll reports, maintaining prevailing wage compliance, and providing exceptional service to internal teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This role operates in a professional office environment with an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., offering some flexibility within that window. After approximately 90 days, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule that blends in-office and remote work. The work is primarily computer-based, using tools such as SAP, ServiceNow, and LCPtracker to manage payroll and compliance data. The environment is fast-paced, with weekly project assignments and performance metrics tied to timely and accurate reporting rather than a centralized ticket queue. Team members collaborate with management, HR, accounting, and field staff, and communicate frequently via email and other office communication tools. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
