Your everyday responsibilities
  • Perform assigned technical procedures and maintain a safe environment.
  • Provide care services such as CPR, ADL's, restorative care, vital signs, phlebotomy, dressing changes, EKGs, and more.
  • Prepare patient rooms, update electronic records, clean equipment, manage supplies, and perform other duties as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks based on patient acuity, resources, and departmental needs.
  • Report abnormal findings and unsafe conditions to licensed staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve patient care.
  • Seek supervision when necessary and maintain continuity of care.
  • Delegate and question tasks appropriately.
Minimum requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant work experience.
  • At least 1 year of clinical care experience; CNA or PCT preferred.
  • Certifications: Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT from recognized bodies.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Non-Violent Crisis Prevention certification preferred.
