Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous Patient Care Technician or Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
• High School/GED required; PCT training and certification required.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Support communication between patients, families and healthcare team.
• Maintain safety protocols and high standards of care.
• Document care performed and report changes to RN promptly.
• Assist in patient education and orientation of new staff.
