Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts (7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am), with weekend rotations. Enjoy shift differentials: $1/hour for weekends and 18% for night shifts.
The Progressive Care Department (PCU) at Banner University Medical Center-Phoenix provides comprehensive cardiac care for complex patients, including vascular, cardio-thoracic surgical, and heart failure cases. We support treatments like LVAD, leach therapy, and ultrafiltration.
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will be involved in providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, collecting patient data, and supporting clinical procedures. You will also handle clerical tasks and maintain patient records, contributing to efficient department operation.
This position is within a fast-paced environment requiring excellent customer service and teamwork. Successful candidates will support patient outcomes and experience while growing professionally.
