The ideal candidate holds an accredited COTA program credential, an active state license, and a passion for patient-centered care within our hospital-based rehab and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
