Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join Signature Rehab in Rogersville, TN. You will work with the clinical team to help residents recover and return to daily activities, applying therapeutic techniques and participating in an integrated care model.

The role requires an accredited COTA program graduate with at least an Associate’s Degree and a valid COTA license in the state of service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapists work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.
