Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care, treatment, and services within the scope of license, certification, or registration.
• Assists occupational therapist in treatment planning and evaluation procedures.
• Assists in treating patients with modalities, therapeutic exercise, assistive devices, and functional activities.
• Documents patient status and progress according to internal standards and reimbursement guidelines.
• Maintains cross-team communication to integrate OT treatment and participates in program development and education.
