Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OTA program meeting state licensure requirements.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• BLS certification or completion within first 90 days of employment.

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and execute on treatment plans as outlined by the plan of care.
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services.
