Overview
Assists the registered Occupational Therapist in administering occupational therapy treatment in the home setting for patients suffering from injuries, neurological conditions, developmental delays, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone disease, to restore function and prevent disability by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited school program for Occupational Therapy Assistants
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
Licensed as an occupational therapist assistant (COTA) in WI, IL or both if required
CPR/BLS required within 90 days of hire
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
