Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Tech with OR experience
• BCLS certification required on employment
• 1 year OR experience preferred
• Graduate of accredited program if required by facility

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon in the operative field and scrub before procedures.
• Prepare the operating room by gathering supplies and instruments.
• Maintain sterile technique and proper handling of instruments and supplies.
• Support OR turnover between cases and ensure patient safety.
• Assist in daily room setup and report shortages to supervisor.
