Qualifications

• One year of experience in a health care field is preferred.
• COA certification is required or will be pursued.
• Knowledge of ophthalmic testing and clinic support duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ophthalmologists with diagnostic and clinic-based procedures.
• Perform vision testing, pupil evaluation and intraocular pressure checks.
• Support in eye care education for patients and families.
• Assist in education of students and residents; maintain instruments and sanitation.
