Job Title: Ophthalmic Assistant

Location: Downtown medical center

Preferred Qualifications: Some experience preferred but willing to train.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Ophthalmologist during exams.
  2. Perform complete workups at a rapid pace.
  3. Conduct Visual Field Test Exams.
  4. Assist in Laser Procedures.
  5. Schedule Outpatient Surgeries and office appointments.
  6. Conduct OCT Testing and Lesometry.
  7. Perform Refractions.
  8. Acquire Patient Histories and complete electronic medical records.
  9. Administer Eye Medications.
  10. Provide instructions to patients regarding various Eye Related Issues as directed by the doctor.
